As an Avengers Fan From the Comic Book Days in the 70s and Who Has Never Watched Any of the New Marv

Just watch them from the beginning, in the order in which they were released: Iron Man, Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America the First Avenger, The Avengers, etcFair warning, the MCU does start slow. Iron Man is great, but then Hulk/Iron Man 2/Thor are okay at best. But then Cap and Avengers are PHENOMENAL, and then we start getting the really good stuff: Captain America the Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, etc.

1. i have to read the Vampire academy book in to days! sumone please tell me what happends at the end nd between?

Everything? Okay, here it goes. The whole thing. After Dimitri (mmmm, Belikov. He comes laterr.) takes the girl back to the academy things atrt to settle a bit. Then Lissa meets Christian Ozera. Well, not meets technically, for they already know eachother. But, Vasilisa does become close to him, almost closer than she and Rose are. The reasoning behind this is because Christian also lost his parents. They had become Strigoi (by choise, sadly) and it became easier for her to relate to him. Now, they end up, sort of getting togther. Well, one day there is a ball or something For royals only, (Did i mention the Ozera's were royalty aswell, well, they are) Well, Viktor, the dude with the crazy age disease knocks Christy out when he and Lissa go for a walk. Viktor has his guard take Lissa out into the middle of nowhere. Now, all this time with stuff happening to Lissa, Rose begans to grow a crush (well, fall in love with, to be precise) with you guessed it. Guardian Dimitri Belikov. Yes, so,all's happy, except for the fact Viktor is torturing his neice to death with the elements. Of course, he finds out about Rosemarie and Vasilisa's bond, and finds the way to distract Miss Rose Hathway so he can use Lissa ne wfound element, Spirit,a nd un heard of gift, one that saint Vladimir himself carried. I will explain Spirit in a bit. So, how does he distract Rose, who is set dead on protecting Lissa. Dimitri. No, Belikov is not a double agent. So, how does this all happen? Well, Dashkov is a earth user. Earth user have the ability to cast chamrs on ojects, Well, haha, just the moth before he saw Rose eyeing a rose necklace, and guess what she gets the next day! Haha, yep, the necklace. And Hathway decided to wear it the night Lissa is kidnapped. Now, Viktor set the thing so has soon as she felt Lissa emotions about the kidnapping, the charmed trigger. Now, your probably thinking? What the hell kind of charm is this? Lust Charm. And guess who's room she goes u-running to? Dimiti. Now, the only for the charm to work is if both poeple have an attraction to each other. Hahaha, yes, 27 year old hot *** vampire guardian who abides by all rules, falls in love with his start pupil, who is coincidently, 17 years old. Haha, of course, Dimitri and Rose out wit Mr Dashkov before things get too.....hot. They get a bunch of badass guardians to kick down the bastards door and take lissa away from him. They live happily (well, not happy, but not being tortured to death.) aft6er that. Now. Spirit. You should know the elements by now. Water. Fire. Air. and Earth. Now. in all real life religions (a religion i beileve in, as a matter of fact) always include these, as well as Spirit. So, you would think they would have known about this rare and powerful element. Haha, well, no. Spirit is powerful. So much that eventually, it drives you mad. Literally. Now, it confused me as i was reading whenever Rose reffered to Lissa doing the cutting thing, and well, she literlly means it. When Lissa is upset, she cuts her wrists like bolonga. Mhmm. So, the rest of these spirit details are in the sequals, which i would be happy to explain as well. I have put some details in hear from futures. Did this help? I know i got a tad carried away. Haha.

2. Is it harder to publish a successful book these days?

While many caveats (as mentioned in the comment to your question) apply, I think it's safe to say the answer is "yes" if you are trying to go the traditional route.Note that in 2016 there were no breakout YA books, as there have always been in previous years. Here's why: Trad publishers are dinosaurs failing to understand what the bright light in the sky (called the Internet) is going to do to them. (Well, has already done to them, but that spoils my metaphor.)The ultimate decision on what gets published is made by the Marketing Depts of the Big Five. If they do not understand the book and do not know how to sell it they will simply say "no". This has nothing to do with a book's quality. They "know" that what sells a book is the writer's name. And that's pretty much their limit.Global surveys (see authorearnings.com) show that the Big Five rely almost exclusively on sales from authors who made a name for themselves 20 years ago. Their new authors do not sell (for the most part).Where you once had three-book deals for new authors they are down to two, and the publisher will dump you after the first if it does not sell well enough anyway. Where you might expect, as a new author, several thousand sales it's now typically down to a few hundred. No marketing money will be put into new authors (that's reserved for the big names). And you are unlikely to get an advance.(I have an A-lister friend - and even his advances are getting cut and he makes millions for his publishers.)Trad publishing is imploding because they do not understand the new world of publishing. They keep ebook prices high to protect their hardback sales even though they would make money if they did not .There are some independent publishers (like Angry Robot) who do understand the new world, but they are few and far between. So yes, if you are a new writer it's harder. Much harder.

3. Why is so hard to find a good book these days?

try out Luna: A Novel. i must warn you it is a book about a girl that has a transgender brother but before you judge it like I almost did its really good. Now I am perfectly straight and I liked it so its not like its just for gay people. I really liked the way it was written. I also recommend Go Ask Alice. Its an authentic (or claimed to be, some people beg to differ) diary of a 15 year old girl who gets into a life of drugs in the 70s.

How to Dress for Christmas in New York & Stay As Warm & Stylish As Possible PHOTOS
If Christmas 2015 in New York looks anything like last year, it's going to be cold AF. Luckily, I've learned to embrace bundling up to the point I forget I have a body. While my tips for how to dress for Christmas in New York do not sacrifice style, the main priority here is to not freeze. You want to enjoy Christmas with your friends and family as opposed to fight off frostbite, am I right? The nine pieces below are my absolute essentials for Christmas holiday weather. I start wearing subtly festive clothing the day after Halloween, and love mixing and matching pieces to create a plethora of outfits to suit whatever scary cold news the weather forecast brings. Opt for something small that stays close to your body and has sturdy straps. Why? Hauling heavy things when you are cold is annoying, and the crowd struggle is so, so real in major tourist spots like the Rockefeller Christmas tree and pretty much anywhere else around Times Square. Happy holidays, and enjoy looking fab and staying super warm in the best city on the planet. Leggings that will you warm are absolutely non-negotiable in my book. Heat tech is my winter heaven. I live in these basically 24/7 until I finally have to wash them. Sometimes you do in fact get too hot, and it's nice to be able to take off your layers and chill in a tank top when the crowded restaurant you are in gets super warm. Another winter obsession, this undershirt is easily hidden and provides an extra thermal layer. This camisole is seamless on both sides so you can wear it under anything without it showing. An extra cozy staple that looks effortlessly chic. Thanks to its added length, this dreamy sweater will double as a way to keep your thighs warm, too. Embrace the holiday feels. You know you want to. Do not pretend to be tough and skip a coat. You will freeeeeeeze without one. This hooded version looks dreamy for when the snow starts to come down. Quilted Down And Feather Fill Jacket With Faux Fur Trim, $120, Nordstrom #Praise for down and all its cozy goodness. Again, basically a wearable blanket. How could that possibly be a bad idea? This slim blanket scarf is perfect for popping over your coat, but could also double as a head wrap if you lose your hat. Wear it loose or bundle it around your neck until you are practically sweating. Mittens are such a playful little accessory, I say go all out with quirky and fun. Are these gloves super YASSS CHRISTMAS or what? Love. "Not a creature was stirring, not even a (completely adorable mitten) mouse." No true New Yorker would walk out the door on Christmas day without a beanie to keep their head warm. I personally will be walking out the door in this one. But, holiday or not, black is always an acceptable alternative choice.— — — — — —Do trains in Europe run on Christmas day?In Germany and probably also Austria, most trains stop running sometime early to late evening on both the 24th and the 31st of December. Service will not be resumed until Christmas Day or New Year's Day morning. Typically, nobody will be outside on the evening of Christmas Eve unless it is on the way to church and back again. Plan accordingly. On timetables in Germany, trains that do not run on these days are typically marked with a small symbol which is explained in the legend as:Depending on region and company, the morning and afternoon trains on the 24th and 31st will either run as on Saturdays or something between Saturday and weekday service. (In 2016, the 24th and 31st happen to be Saturdays, so there will only be Saturday service, anyway. If the 24th/31st happen to be Sunday, there will be a Sunday service with late connections reduced. )On Christmas Day and New Year's Day, trains run like on Sundays with a few not so important exceptions (e.g. certain trains that effectively only run pre-first day of the week and do not run if Monday is a public holiday).Local bus companies will follow pretty much the same rules; however, it can be tedious to find out which buses exactly run on those days. For any leg that is in Germany and that you book via Deutsche Bahn, I would always recommend pre-booking as soon as possible as there is a limited number of special saver fares for as little as 19 on short legs. If you pre-book, you are bound to a train but you can also easily reserve seats (seat reservations are optional in Germany). The most comfortable option from far away would be their website bahn. de, in my opinion. I am not sure how many people will travel on Christmas Day. In my experience, most people will travel home (or on holiday) on the days leading up to Christmas Eve which is when pre-booking and reserving should definitely be done. Thus, there should not be that many people travelling on Christmas Day. However, it is also the beginning of Christmas holidays after the main Christmas celebrations (Christmas is celebrated on the 24th in German-speaking countries), so the second wave on their way to winter holidays could be populating the trains. As far as I am informed, there is no benefit to pre-booking Swiss and Austrian train tickets - but that information of mine could already be outdated
