George Soros and Many Others Are Warning That the European Union Could Collapse in the same way As t

Just an American with a half baked opinion here, but it seems to me that to live in the EU is to live in limbo. It is more than a free trade zone, but less than a federation. The Euro is the main culprit, IMO.To put countries like Italy, Germany and Greece together in the same currency zone was the height of folly. This keeps the price of German exports lower than they would have been under the Deutschmark. Because the Germans are so productive, frugal, and committed to balanced budgets, the Deutschmark would rise in value, hindering their exports. Instead, the Germans are racking up insane trade surpluses thanks to being in the Eurozone. The Euro also keeps the price of Italian / Greek / Spanish exports artificially high, because they have no control of their money supply and can not devalue to boost exports, monetize debt, and attract foreign capital for investment & tourism. The result has been the hollowing out of the Italian / Greek / Spanish economies, permanent stagnation, and crushing debt, which is the flip side of low German unemployment, balanced budgets, and trade surpluses. Germany's blessings are the curse of the Italians, Greeks and Spaniards. Moving forward, it seems there are 4 paths open for you:1). Full federalization and the creation of the United States of Europe, and the mutualization of Eurozone debt by issuing Eurobonds. I see this as unlikely since the Germans do not want to keep subsidizing the Italians and Greeks. The countries of eastern Europe, which only gained true independence 30 years ago, would also be hostile to this idea, which would entail giving up a large part of their sovereignty. But it is the only way Europe can realistically challenge the USA and China.2). Slightly more likely, abandonment of the Euro across the EU, which reverts to a free trade zone with each country regaining full control of their monetary policy, giving them more options during recessions. The Germans wo not like this option either, since their trade surpluses and low unemployment will vanish.3). Italy, Spain and Greece leave the Eurozone, and the more competitive economies of the North remain.4). The easiest & least risky move: keep muddling through, as you've been doing. That can last a long time (as the Austro-Hungarian Empire demonstrates). But it leaves Europe more unstable and vulnerable to shocks, as the Austrians & Hungarians learned in WWI.And if you continue down that path, you will continue to reinforce the negative feedback loop that the continent is trapped in. Economic stagnation will continue, stoking the fires of populist anger & destabilizing the politics in country after country, as is happening now. The other challenges you face: immigration, Russia, a disengaged U.S., make it worse. If Germany's political culture is fragmenting (as the recent AfD / Green victories in the East demonstrate) despite their aforementioned prosperity, what happens when the country dives into a severe recession? And Italy? Greece? Spain? What Europe needs now is courage and boldness, not the timidity and complacency of leaders like Merkel. The need for bold action is obvious, but will be resisted by the Germans, setting the stage for conflict between Germany and France over the future of the EU.France is back, but where is Germany?Above all, Europe must choose the path it wants to go down, rather than continuing to operate on auto-pilot

1. Why donu2019t Ukraine and Belarus join the European Union?

Basically Belarus is under control of Russia. So it will not join. Also Ukraine is too unstable and glorifies nazis. Many countries point it out for instance Holland.

2. What do you think of the European Union's decision not to let economy trump climate?

I think it's time that we stop setting up the environment and economy as an 'either or' proposition. Helping the environment can make good economical sense - it's much less expense maintaining a healthy environment than it is to try and restore a damaged one. Also, this false dichotomy ignores the many economic benefits and jobs that are created by helping the environment (e.g. people are needed to build alternative energy technologies, others to plant trees, others to survey ecosystems, etc.). Additionally, studies in Canada show that environmental stewardship activities (by ENGOs) provide direct benefits in things like ecosystem services employment of people in the green collar sector. Indirect benefits come through the purchase of plants, equipment, and materials to do the work - leading to profits and job creation in the supplying companies. All of these things have been shown to generate millions of dollars for the GDP. I guess the only way you can maintain this dichotomy is if you only look at a very narrow part of the costs of doing what is good for the environment, as well as only a very narrow part of the benefits (if nothing else, for both you would pretty much have to ignore pretty much anything done in the green collar sector - cleaning-up others messes - costs ignored, and bringing in many, often ignored, benefits).

3. Is a far right (nationalist) European Union possible?

At the moment they seem to support each other. But eventually they will come to the point where they will question the current borders in Europe, as each country could have historical territorial claims againt its neighbours (European borders moved over the centuries and border regions are usually ethnically mixed, and nationalists usually insist on ethnic purity). The result will be war. This is exactly why the EU was invented, to prevent this.

Wedding Dress of Birgitte Van Deurs
Wedding Dress of Birgitte Van Deurs
Wedding dress of Birgitte van DeursThe wedding dress of Birgitte van Deurs was worn at her wedding to Prince Richard of Gloucester on 8 July 1972 at St Andrew's Church, Barnwell, Northamptonshire. The dress was designed by Norman Hartnell, who first collaborated with the British royal family for the wedding dress of the groom's mother, Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester. The dress was constructed of Swiss organdie, with a high collar, a simple skirt, long sleeves and a small train. Instead of wearing a tiara, the bride secured her white tulle veil with a grouping of stephanotis flowers. The dress was regarded by some as one of Hartnell's more modern creations for the time, incorporating some stylistic features of 1970s fashion.— — — — — —Wedding dress of Princess AliceThe wedding dress of Princess Alice of the United Kingdom was worn during a period of court mourning for the death of her father. Princess Alice was the second daughter of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. On 1 July 1862, in the dining room of Osborne House on the Isle of Wight, she married Prince Louis of Hesse. Seven months had passed since the death of the Prince Consort and the Royal Family was still in deep mourning. The venue was chosen so that the Queen would be able to avoid inviting the usual guests of state. From "The Royal Wedding Dresses" by Nigel Arch and Joanna Marschner (p.58): "She wore a 'half-high dress with a deep flounce of Honiton lace, a veil of the same and a wreath of orange blossom and myrtle'." It was a simple style and not embellished with a court train. Queen Victoria later confided to her daughter, the Princess Royal (Vicky), that the wedding of 'poor Alice' had been "more like a funeral."— — — — — —Wedding dress of Princess Helena of Waldeck and PyrmontThe wedding dress of Princess Helena of Waldeck and Pyrmont was worn by the bride at her wedding to Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany, on 27 April 1882 in St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle. Prince Leopold was the youngest son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Princess Helena was the daughter of George Victor, Prince of Waldeck and Pyrmont and his wife Princess Helena of Nassau. The dress was made in Paris and was presented by her sister, Queen consort Emma of the Netherlands. The gown was made of white satin, decorated with traditional orange blossom and myrtle and trimmed with fleur-de-lis, with the edge topped with point d'Alenon and white satin. The long tulle veil was held in place by a diamond head dress and a wreath of orange blossoms and myrtle. The shoulders were bare and the short drop sleeves adorned with the Royal Family Order of the Royal Order of Victoria and Albert and the Companion of the Order of the Crown of India pinned to the left. The bosom was swathed in tulle and ruched laces with a small bouquet of flowers. The fashionably cut bodice ended in a sharp V-shape that accentuated the bride's tall and slender figure. Helena received large diamond sprays from the King and Queen of the Netherlands, which she wore as a tiara and brooch on her wedding day. From her parents, she received a diamond necklace and sun rays that she also wore as brooches. Prince Leopold gave his bride a diamond necklace, a large diamond star, a ruby bracelet, a ruby and diamond bracelet, sapphire and diamond earrings, Spanish lace, and a fan, which can also be seen in her wedding photos.— — — — — —Getting married and have so much to do! What Is the Best Car Wax?
try the new tech wax in a green and purple can its like $15 but works great ( walmart has it)1. How does car wax beautify your vehicle's paint?Use a high quality liquid wax and do not positioned too lots attempt into it. pressing too stressful on save on with or removing will create swirl marks. determine which you do this in the colour. Use a foam applicator to maintain on with a skinny coat of wax flippantly, then buff it off with a microfiber textile. Use a sparkling microfiber textile to wipe down the automobile once you are executed2. what is the best car wax for black cars?I've tried several different waxes. The one that I've found that works best on my black car is Turtle Wax Ice Liquid3. Does car wax expire? Also does old wax damage the paint of your car?Just redo it with better wax. You can buy some really good wax for about $64. can i fix a broken cd with car wax????depends on how scratched lightly scratched and it skips a bit, there are some nifty cd cleaning things you can buy, i would type "cd cleaner" into ebay and have a look at what is on offer deeply scratched and unplayable, buy a new cd either way you are looking to pay money really sorry5. What is the best car wax/polish?I've used Zymol for years and it seems to work good for me. Plus it smells like bananas. Best thing for getting brake dust off wheels and oxidation off tires is Castrol Super Clean. Spray it on, let it soak for minute, brush with nylon brush (tires & wheels) rinse.6. What good is Car Wax?yes it helps to protect the paint from harsh chemicals and road film.it also keeps the paint from getting dull7. Can you use car wax on a guitar? It all depends. Is your guitar is a stick shift or an automatic?8. How to apply car wax? By hand or machine better? 10 points best answer?Wax is available in three forms: liquid, paste and spray. From experience, liquid wax is easier to apply, but with paste kind. There's always a lot to choose from and I noticed a lot of high-tech wax discoveries first come out in paste then in liquid and spray form later. When you apply the wax it's always nice to wash your car first. Avoid direct sunlight as well when it's too cold and damp. A single thin coat is all it need in major large areas. Do not try to put on a thick application with the intent that you wo not have to wax as often because it wo not work. You will mostly end up with an excessive amount of wax residue to remove, making the job more difficult. You are better off waxing more frequently. You can use the round applicators that come with some waxes or are available separately. A damp rectangular kitchen sponge makes a good applicator, as its shape seems to be able to handle the detail areas of a car. A second application on the nose and hood, where the wind quickly wears off the wax will give you a longer lasting wax job. Have a happy wax-on wax-on day.9. Can you use car wax on the floor?I would test it in a small hidden area first10. Looking for car wax that is clear for older car?try turtle wax ice, it's clear and does not leave any residue11. Which car Wax is better?EAGLE brand12. Can car wax or polish hide a small dent/ dimple in car door?Take the car back dirty13. Does anyone know how to get car wax off of the black moldings on your car?Try some of the 91% pure Rubbing alcohol for sale at your local pharmacy. Pour a little on the corner of a rag and wipe the wax right off. This will also work for small oil spills.14. Whats the best car wax on the market?Turtle wax an old stand by15. does car wax give your car the wet look? Not all wax does. You get ones that just protect the paint and makes it shine, and you get wax that gives your car the "wet look". Something like Meguiars Deep Crystal liquid wax or Mothers Reflections is what you are looking for.

New Patent Exposure of Apple Folding Screen Mobile Phone: Two OLED Flexible Screens Are Combined, an
Although the full screen is hot at present, it is obvious that folding screen is the trend in the future. At present, the folding screen patents of Samsung, Huawei, LG and other mobile phone manufacturers have been exposed, except for the lack of news from apple.Recently, the U.S. trademark and Patent Office announced a new patent related to Apple's folding screen mobile phone. In the design diagram, we can see that this mobile phone is composed of two OLED flexible screens, which are connected by hinges. It is worth mentioning that its hinges can be bent in both directions. In addition, in this concept phone, apple puts the battery in the hinge instead of the bottom of the screen, which can make the body as light and thin as possible. Of course, the battery also needs to have foldable characteristics. If it is really to be implemented into real products produced in large scale, the safety must be fully verified. In the current mainstream mobile phone modeling, the screen size has basically reached the limit, and folding screen is a more feasible design idea. From the current technical conditions, OLED screen is still the best material for folding screen mobile phones, with light weight, strong flexibility and low power consumption. In other words, if Apple's folding products start production, the screen is still likely to be purchased from Samsung. After all, Samsung is still in the leading position in the OLED panel.
The Liberator: 3d Printing and the Pirate's Dilemma
The Liberator: 3d Printing and the Pirate's Dilemma
The first time I illegally downloaded anything, I was nine. I was sitting with my father in his office on the 102nd floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center. It was bring your child to work day, and having heard some of the hype from my elementary school classmates, I convinced my dad to download Napster to his work laptop. I asked him what his favorite song was; he answered, I searched, and pressed the download button.A few moments later, we sat there listening to "Sugar Magnolia" by The Grateful Dead. The guitar came in, then the lyrics, and as words passed over us - "Sometimes when the night is dying, I take me out and wander round" - I never thought of what we were doing as stealing. It was instantaneous appreciation: the chance to share an experience without discs or hard copies or having to walk to a store. Though I would lose him, that file, and that building a short time later, the memory stayed with me. When I was thirteen, I bought the album "American Beauty" and played it over and over again on my Walkman as I lay in bed at night, trying in vain to recapture that lost, shared moment. It was resplendent, and no one can tell me it was wrong.I have only a few strong political beliefs. Chief among these is my personal dedication to the dream of a free-information society. I'm a digital native - it's in my upbringing. Before I ever had independent buying power, I had been taught to pirate. Any media I have ever been able to buy, I have been able to steal just as easily. In my mind, the options are essentially interchangeable. While I do occasionally dwell upon the fact that I may be robbing an employee within the film or music industry of a needed paycheck, it seems to me that it's the business model that needs revision - not my methods. You can't fight the future, and no one wants to be on the wrong side of history.Though sometimes I download a movie or an album from The Pirate Bay, these are the exceptions and not the rule. By and large I download books, most of them philosophy. When I finish reading the works of Ken Wilbur or Robert Anton Wilson, if I decide I like the content, I purchase the title in paperback to add to my bookshelf. Until that point, I see it as no different from checking a book out of the library. My ability to be exposed to these thinkers, to develop my own opinions and curate my thinking in the same way I curate my book collection, is a privilege. But access to such information shouldn't be.I am no utopian, but I do believe that instead of being prohibited by the prices of tuition and textbooks, all students should be entitled to an open-source, open-access curriculum. I envision a world in which impoverished children can read The Odyssey on a computer, while listening to selections from Wagner - for free. I hope one day to live in a world where culture is not mediated by capitalist institutions. While copyright laws are extended seemingly indefinitely to keep Mickey Mouse in the hands of the Disney Corporation, I imagine a world in which we are all autodidacts - self-made and self-taught individuals, granted the access to the well of collective human experience and information that is our birthright. Most days, my belief extends not just to our cultural heritage but to all information. In the landmark 1971 Supreme Court case The New York Times Co. vs United States, Justice Potter Stewart ruled in favor of the newspaper's decision to print the controversial Watergate papers, saying, "In the absence of governmental checks and balances, the only effective restraint upon executive policy and power may be an enlightened citizenry - in an informed and critical public opinion..." Though his decision would seem to establish the free press as a public service, serving an essential function in democratic government by assuring that the electorate is informed of all the facts, his words have not stood the test of time. And though I would like to think that our betrayal by mainstream corporate media is recent - its descent into cheap entertainment and thrills - if I'm being honest, it began years ago. Take, for example, that during the first Gulf War, CNN ran footage from cameras mounted on the cones of missiles claiming it was live, despite it having been prescreened and edited for broadcast by the Pentagon. When the news service becomes a simulacrum of itself, serving the interest of powers that be over its stated goal to inform the public, drastic measures are necessary. For the last few years, Wikileaks has been exactly that sort of drastic measure. First rising to prominence in 2010 with their video "Collateral Murder" - depicting a US helicopter killing two civilian journalists in Iraq - the open-source news organization has become a center of global attention and controversy. Despite being labeled a terrorist organization by even some high-ranking members of our government, the site's only crime has been releasing to the public the documents leaders and officials pass among themselves. When the reasons for our involvement in overseas wars that kill our fellow citizens, defame our nation's status in the international community, cause us to spend trillions of our tax dollars become murky, leaks like the so-called Iraq and Afghanistan War Diaries become necessary. When stations like CNN resign themselves to interviewing celebrities on Piers Morgan instead of reporting the news, something like Wikileaks becomes inevitable to balance the scales. To date, Wikileaks itself has been directly responsible for no deaths, but I concede that its own internal ethics are questionable. Make no mistake, information can be dangerous. If the identities of undercover CIA operatives were leaked, they'd certainly be killed. The problem becomes, who decides what information we have access to, and who could possibly be trusted with that responsibility without ulterior motives? But information alone is not enough to kill people. You need an angry person with a gun.And here's the gun.In the past week, the previously fringe technology of 3D Printing has entered into the public eye and the mainstream media with the announcement of a completely self-manufactured firearm - the Liberator. The weapon itself looks more like a Nerf toy than a service revolver, its body a mix of blue and white plastic resin. For some this is a novelty straight from science fiction, not unlike the promise of a flying car. For me, it's the climax of a story I've been following for months, the saga of the Liberator's inventor, Cody Wilson - twenty-five-year-old self-described crypto-anarchist, and founder of the Austin-based company Defense Distributed.Wilson is an enigma. Somewhat boyishly handsome, at face value he looks like he should be in a frat house or climbing the ranks of a law firm rather than being interviewed on national news. When he speaks about politics, his only clear stance is on the protection of the right to bear arms, though some of his more colorful comments - like his belief that Mitt Romney and President Obama are two faces for the ruling class of the banking elite - make me think he'd be best described as a Libertarian. Interviewed on Glenn Beck this fall, Wilson's response to a simple question - "Are you a hero or a villain?" - was as playful as it was worrisome: "That is the question, isn't it?" According to national firearm regulations, only the lower receiver of a gun is technically a firearm. This is the central section of the weapon that holds the trigger and attaches to an ammunition magazine. It is also the only portion of a gun that bears a serial number, the only portion that can be tracked, and the only part not available for purchase over the Internet. It is exactly this part that Wilson and Defense Distributed have dedicated themselves to manufacturing with 3D printers. Until the Liberator.3D printing, or additive manufacturing, acts like a normal desktop printer would, except that it lays down plastic resins and not inks. Using a computer-aided design (or CAD) file, the printer places layer upon layer of plastic, building a three-dimensional object from the bottom up. While its inventors originally conceived of its usefulness in purely artistic and practical terms - creating sculptures, figurines, clothes hangers, plates and coffee mugs - in the hands of Cody Wilson the technology has been made to manufacture uncontrollable munitions. The Liberator, the most advanced printed gun to date, has only two metal components: a firing pin made from a scrap nail, and a metal bar inserted into the receiver to comply with gun legislation necessitating that all sold firearms must set off a metal detector. Defense Distributed has also moved into making fifty round magazines - exactly the sort that would be targeted by new gun control legislation. In one of his Youtube videos, Wilson holds a modified AR-15 - the same gun used in the Sandy Hook shooting - with a transparent plastic receiver, and fires off a few rounds before turning to the camera to ask, "How's that national conversation going?" Though he has recently received a firearms manufacturing license from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms allowing him to sell his products, Wilson is more interested in making his CAD file blueprints available for free online through his website DefCad.com, so that fellow 3D printing enthusiasts can follow his example and make their own weapons. Now there is no difference between downloading an album and burning a CD and downloading a CAD file and printing a gun. On top of which, other pirates using Wilson's blueprints are not required to make their home-printed guns identifiable by a metal detector.Critics claim Cody Wilson is in it for the attention. Well, he's got mine.I believe in gun control. I believe that the Second Amendment to the Constitution has been misinterpreted, extending the right for states to create armed defensive militias to the personal right to own semi-automatic weapons. I do not understand why a civilian could require access to armor-piercing bullets and weapons that fire up to 800 rounds a minute for hunting even the largest moose. I believe that background checks on firearms sales - keeping potentially deadly weapons out of the hands of the mentally unstable, and those with criminal records - is plain common sense. But how do you even begin to implement gun control in an era of 3D printing? And how can I stand by my belief in the freedom of information, when extending my own logic means there is nothing wrong with downloading a gun? There is a snake in my Eden, and it's not even the second day.The same day that Defense Distributed announced the Liberator, office-supply giant Staples announced it would start carrying 3D printers. Since the release of the Liberator's CAD files to the Internet, the blueprints have been downloaded over 100,000 times. The government has attempted to step in: just this Thursday, the Department of Defense took down the Liberator CAD files from the DefCad.com website, but within a matter of hours the plans were back online with web hosting from New Zealand. Today, The Pirate Bay, the same BitTorrent search engine where I download books and films, has come out in support of providing the public with a place to download the CAD file. Copies of the 2mb file already have over 5000 seeders. As the cyber-activist group Anonymous likes to say, "We are legion." Cody Wilson is correct about one thing: it is too late to be having "the same gun control conversation we had in 1994." Ultimately, this isn't even a conversation about gun control. In my mind, completely open access to information would allow the children of the developing world to learn programming along with reading and writing. If the fate of 3D printing is any barometer, how soon does this curriculum turn violent in the wrong hands? The current line we have drawn on this issue is flawed - the same sort of protectorate policies that cripple game play on Sim City V and keep HIV retro-viral medication prohibitively expensive due to patents, not production costs. We need to level the playing field, and to do that we need to open the door and let everyone into the library. The question becomes how far to open that door, and where to draw the line on what is necessary and what is dangerous information. In my mind, the only acceptable boundary is the protection of human life.

Could I Put a Bala Shark in My Tank?
no longer a sturdy plan. Bala sharks ought to stay in a team (or they get very anxious and under pressure) and strengthen to a pair of foot long. even though they are often non violent fish, an excellent bala ought to consume small tank friends. Are not you the trendy one! The skeptics are not on trial. They were not caught perpetrating fraud.5. All About The Tiger Shark!!?The tiger shark, Galeocerdo cuvier, one of the largest predatory sharks, is the only member of the genus Galeocerdo. Mature sharks average 3.25 metres (11 ft) to 4.25 metres (14 ft) and weigh 385 to 909 kg (850 to 2000 lb). It is found in many of the tropical and temperate regions of the world's oceans, and is especially common around islands in the central Pacific. This shark is a solitary hunter, usually hunting at night. Its name is derived from the dark stripes down its body, which fade as the shark matures. The tiger shark is a dangerous predator, known for eating a wide range of items. Its usual diet consists of fish, seals, birds, smaller sharks, squid, and turtles. It has sometimes been found with man-made waste such as license plates or pieces of old tires in its digestive tract. It is notorious for attacks on swimmers, divers and surfers in Hawaii; and is often referred to as the "bane of Hawaiian surfers" and "the wastebasket of the sea". The tiger shark is second only to the bull shark in number of recorded attacks on humans and is considered, along with the great white, bull shark, and the oceanic whitetip shark to be one of the sharks most dangerous to humans. Tiger Sharks are most commonly found in Peru on the coast of Punta Sal. Tiger sharks migrate yearly to the warmer waters of Punta Sal, Peru during the months of January through to March for feeding and mating.6. How to Take Care of Your Curly Hair with Ayurveda?
How to Take Care of Your Curly Hair with Ayurveda?
Is your curly hair lacking bounce and vibrancy? Is frizz your constant hair issue? It might be time to change a few things in your hair care routine.Curls look gorgeous when they are well maintained. But constant styling, harsh cleansers and wrong methods of brushing can all cause severe damage. This is why Ayurveda recommends a haircare routine inclusive of 'Keshya' herbs and oils that nourish and strengthen your roots to bring back your hair's lost health.Scroll down to know the best ways to care for your curly hair and practices you should avoid to prevent hair damage. How Can You Take Care Of Your Naturally Curly Hair?Curly hair is often used as an umbrella term to identify hair patterns that curl or coil. Generally, such hair patterns fall under the 2 broad categories of curly and coily hair. However, there are several subtypes. In fact, a person can have over 2 natural hair patterns arising from different places on their scalp. Your haircare will thus depend upon your curl type. More the twist, more the maintenance. Mentioned below is a brief guide to various types of curly hair.Curly hair is often referred to as Type 3 hair with Type 1 being straight and Type 2 being wavy hair.People with this pattern have big, loose curls. The hair has a smooth, shiny texture and is often easier to maintain than other more defined curl patterns. This kind of curly hair is more defined in shape and has a bouncy nature. They tend to get dry easily and need to be moisturized frequently.Corkscrew curls, as the name suggests, are tight, defined ringlets that have a spring-like bounce. This type of curly hair is voluminous and tends to get frizzy quite easily.Coily hair is more common amongst people of Afro origin. It is also referred to as Type 4 or Afro-textured hair. Hair is generally densely packed but quite fragile in nature. This type of hair tends to be fine textured and super voluminous with tiny coils. However, these densely packed coils are often prone to dryness and frizz.Zigzag patterned coily hair does not have a defined curl pattern. It can have a cotton like soft texture or be wiry and coarse and stand out in sharp angles. The 4C type of coily hair is very much like the previous 4B type in texture and density. However, it can shrink even more.According to the ancient science of Ayurveda, the 3 Doshas or life energies that govern your body functions also play a part in determining your body and hair structure. As per the vedic texts, people with dense curly hair have a Kapha dominant Prakriti (body constitution) whereas those with loose curls are likely to have a Vata Dosha dominance.Oiling is an essential part of taking care of your curly hair. It not only helps maintain shine but also keeps your gorgeous curls moisturized. Frequent 'Abhyanga' or head massage improves blood circulation on your scalp, pacifies your doshas and enhances your overall hair health. Add the below mentioned essential oils to a carrier oil of your choice, preferably jojoba, almond or argan oil for best results. An amazing dry scalp treatment, tea tree oil for curly hair keeps dandruff and foul smell away. Its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties ensure you have a clean, healthy scalp.Geranium oil keeps your curls shiny and strong. It regulates oil production and maintains your scalp's pH balance. It is also known to boost hair growth.Since dryness is a constant issue with curly hair, regular usage of ylang ylang essential oil can keep your curls healthy and nourished.Rosemary is one of the most recommended oils for curly hair. It prevents hair fall, strengthens your strands, promotes growth and keeps your scalp's natural sebum balance.Rosehip oil is loaded with essential fatty acids and vitamins. Regular application helps keep frizz and dryness away. It is also a splendid choice if you want long, curly hair. With amazing antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties , lemongrass essential oil keeps your scalp free from infections. It boosts healthy hair growth. Lemongrass oil also prevents excess sebum production and keeps your hair smelling great all day.Lavender oil strengthens your follicles and prevents your curly hair from breaking. Its light texture and amazing scent keep your scalp feeling fresh for a long time. While choosing a shampoo for curly hair, stay away from sulfates, parabens, silicones and artificial fragrances and colours. Sulfates give your shampoo that rich, creamy, lather which often gives you the impression that it cleans better. But such harsh surfactants strip your curly hair of its natural oils leaving it more vulnerable to environmental damage.Parabens are chemical preservatives that prolong a product's shelf life. Silicone gives a shiny effect to your shampoo. When a product mentions artificial colours and fragrances, they do not have to always list down the vast number of harmful chemicals that can come under it.Thus it is always better to select a herbal shampoo for your curly hair. These contain natural herbal ingredients like Reetha (soapnut), Shikakai (soap pod), Methi (fenugreek) which gently cleanse away the dirt without overdrying your hair. You can also check for additional 'keshya' (hair benefitting) herbs such as hibiscus, bhringraj and triphala in your herbal shampoo. If your curly hair has a coarse texture, dilute your shampoo with water and apply. This will cleanse your hair without damaging your curls.Co-washing is a popular technique for cleaning curly hair. Instead of a shampoo for your curly hair, a cleansing conditioner is used to achieve similar results. Most cleansing conditioners have mild surfactants along with hydrating agents. These effectively remove dirt from your hair and scalp without drying them out. You can do a thorough shampoo once a month to remove product build-ups.Curly hair care routines need to include extra moisturization as curls and coils are prone to frizz. This happens because your natural oils are unable to travel to the end of your strands due to the curl pattern. Hence, the ends of curly hair are easily dried out, tangled or experience frequent split ends.To avoid such mishaps, hair experts recommend the pre-shampoo or pre-poo treatment for curly hair.A. What Is Used? These are specially formulated to penetrate the hair shaft and give your locks some much-needed moisturization.Low porosity curly hair will benefit from oils like olive oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, bhringraj oil, jojoba oil, argan oil and grapeseed oil.Make your DIY pre-shampoo treatment for curly hair with ingredients like banana, avocado, shea butter, honey, aloe vera, amla, brahmi, and bhringraj. "Adding sour yogurt to hair masks is a great idea to keep the curls soft and hydrated", shares Dr. Zeel Gandhi, Chief Ayurvedic Doctor at Vedix.B. How Does It Work?• Prevents stripping your curly hair of natural oils during a wash. Adds shine after a wash.• Makes it easier to wash your hair.C. How To Pre-Poo?• Heat your oil slightly for better absorption into your strands. Massage onto your scalp and through the length of your hair. For hair masks, avoid applying too close to the roots to prevent product build-up. Apply a generous amount focusing more on the ends.• Start your pre-shampoo treatment at least 30 minutes before your hair wash. Conditioning oils can be left overnight.• Wear a shower cap or wrap your hair with a towel to allow the product to penetrate your curls.Conditioning after a wash is mandatory for curly hair. Conditioners for curly hair are specially formulated to keep your hair tangle-free, shiny and hydrated. Choose your conditioner based on the texture of your hair. For loose curls, if you feel a wash-out conditioner makes your hair weigh down, go for a water-based, lightweight, leave-in conditioner. This method is called plopping and is the most recommended drying technique for curly hair. Rubbing wet curly hair with a towel can cause unwanted tangles, frizz and breakage. Even twisting it into a turban over your head is discouraged, as it can ruin your natural curl pattern or unnecessarily stretch your wet hair.3. Flip your wet curls into the centre of the t-shirt.4. Now take the bottom edges of the t-shirt and pull it over your curly hair.5. Tie this up with the sleeves of the t-shirt to keep your curly hair scrunched over your head.Depending on the porosity of your curly hair and the time it takes to dry, keep your hair plopped anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes.Drying and styling curly hair can seem like an uphill task. This is why we recommend the diffuser. Diffusers are attached to blow dryers to disperse the flow and heat to dry your curls evenly. This gives your curly hair a more defined, voluminous look.A. How To Use A Diffuser?1. Prepare your hair before using the diffuser. If you've already gone through the above mentioned stages of washing, conditioning and plopping your hair, it's time for a heat protectant spray or serum.2. Divide your hair into small sections. Now flip your curls into the bowl-like structure of the diffuser to dry them. Do not move the diffuser too much. Gently proceed from one section to the other.3. Wrap it up with a blast of cool air for sealed cuticles and a shiny appearance.Combing curly hair is often the toughest part of the routine. But before we talk about how to comb curly hair, let's focus on the type of comb that is best suited for it. Choose a comb that has soft bristles to avoid unwanted friction and damage to your curls. A comfortable grip is another feature to look for. Go for a slightly dense comb if you want to smoothen your curls or a wide-toothed one to keep your curls in place.1. Before you begin, dampen your hair or use a leave-in-conditioner/ serum or a detangler.2. Part your hair into smaller sections to ease through the task.3. For long curly hair, gently begin detangling from the ends and work your way up to the roots. When it comes to maintaining your curly hair, being picky is valid. Not everybody can cut or style curly hair. Coils and curls can shrink, so going to a regular salon can end up giving you an uneven look. You need a hairstylist who has experience in dealing with curly hair.Below mentioned are 5 points to check for while getting your curly hair trimmed or styled:1. Have a prior discussion before committing to your stylist. Know his/ her method to see if it suits your curl pattern.2. Check if your stylist is using a sulfate and paraben free shampoo and conditioner that is specially designed for curly hair.3. Do not allow your stylist to use a brush to detangle your dry hair.4. Choose your cut well to avoid a flat-top look and maintain symmetry while flaunting your ringlets.Split ends are a common hair problem and even more if you have curly hair. To maintain your curly hair, it is advisable to get a trim every 6 to 8 weeks. What Should You Not Do With Curly Hair?As per Ayurveda, people with low porosity curly hair already have a Vata dominant body constitution. Certain practices such as the ones mentioned below can further aggravate your doshas leading to hair damage.Time and again there has been an emphasis on the right kind of shampoo for curly hair. However, irrespective of how gentle your shampoo is, over-shampooing curly hair can be severely damaging. Due to the curl pattern, most curly hair types are low on essential moisture. Frequent washes further strip the oils, making your strands fragile and lifeless.Though there are loads of articles on how hairsprays and mousse are an integral part of the curly hair care routine, avoid them. The more you minimize the use of styling products, the more nourished and healthy your curls will look. These products are known to dry out curly hair due to their alcohol content. They also contain harmful chemicals that are not fit for regular use.Product build-up is another annoying issue. These styling products can clog your follicles leading to scalp problems such as dandruff, smelly scalp and hair fall.Curly hair tends to tangle easily and this may prompt you to detangle them often. However, avoid the urge to brush unless you want to look like a pom pom. Always use a leave-in conditioner, serum or oil and a wide-toothed comb to free the knots.Sulfates are harsh surfactants present in most shampoos and conditioners. They are also present in your detergents. Their primary job is to clean your hair, but while doing so they strip off the natural oils which keep your curls moisturized and prevent them from breaking. To take care of your curly hair, choose a mild shampoo that does not lather much and contains natural cleansing compounds such as saponins. How Often Should You Wash Curly Hair? There is no rule about washing your curly hair. This completely depends on your hair texture, curl patterns and exposure to the elements.• For dense curly and coily hair, experts advise against frequent washes, as these types are prone to dryness and breakage.• Loose curls, on the other hand, can be washed 1 to 2 or even 3 times a week.• Co-washing once a week with a cleansing conditioner (as mentioned above in detail) is a better option.• To remove product build-up, people with thick curly hair can do a thorough shampoo 2 to 3 times a month. How To Sleep With Curly Hair? While sleeping with curly hair, the focus is on avoiding unwanted friction. So switch to a satin or silk pillowcase to avoid a frizzy look in the morning. Other than this, the below mentioned options can ensure a tangle-free sleep routine for your curly hair. One of the simplest and effective ways to maintain your curly hair while you sleep is to secure it in a loose bun. Apply a leave-in conditioner for curly hair or a nourishing, lightweight oil before flipping and tying. Tuck in the ends to avoid flattening. The pineapple is another great way to prevent your curly hair from getting out of shape. This involves tying your hair in a loose ponytail above your head, giving it the appearance of a pineapple. Secure your hair with a scrunchie to keep it in place as you sleep. This is probably one of the oldest methods followed to keep your curly hair from tangling while you sleep. Simply part your hair from the centre and make two braids on either side. This not only prevents your curls from getting squashed but also gives them a more defined look when you undo them.Wearing multiple braids to bed can give you a nice, stretched curly look in the morning. Simply divide your hair into multiple sections and braid them up.While plopping is one of the best ways to dry your curly hair, it can also be used to keep your curls in place at night. Simply grab a long sleeved, soft, cotton t-shirt. Flip all your hair into the centre and pull it over your head like a bag. Now tie it up using the sleeves. This might need a little practice but french plaits can give your hair a nice stretched curl pattern in the morning. It is most suitable for long curly hair. What Is The Best Haircut For Curly Hair? There are loads of styles to choose from when it comes to haircuts for curly hair. Focus on what your objective is before selecting your cut. Damage control, more volume, low maintenance, change of look or shortening the length are a few of the basic goals you may have in mind. Select your haircut accordingly. Some of the popular haircuts for curly hair are mentioned below:Consult your hair stylist on which cut is more likely to suit your facial structure and can highlight the best of your features.Thermal damage is inescapable while hair straightening and curly hair is no exception. In fact, curly hair is more prone to dryness and breakage after a straightening session . Curly hair fibres tend to be fragile at the bends. So when mechanical tension is applied along with chemical products, there is a greater chance of the strands snapping. After straightening, your hair's natural growth may also be affected as damaged hair easily breaks off or is prone to split ends. However, if you still feel the need to straighten your curly hair, you can follow the below-mentioned tips to minimize the damage.• Make sure your hair is moisturized and not dry and damaged before you decide to straighten it.• Tone down the temperature of the straightening iron.Curly hair is a dream for many, but natural curlies know the time and effort one needs to invest in maintaining them. To take care of your hair, opt for herbal, chemical-free products, keep heat styling to a minimum and follow the curly hair care tips we have mentioned in this article for gorgeous natural curls that you can flaunt all day.will highlights ruin my hair or damage it? and how long does it take before the highlights go away?i have highlights. mine last about 6-8 monthes. and it depends if they ruin your hair if your hair is sensitive then no!! dont do them itll ruin your hair so much. if your hair isnt sensitive try the temporary ones they last about a month. but if you keep doing that your hair falls out im not even kidding its better to do the long term one not the ones that stay for a little while.

I am , personally, betting on an iPhone4 refresh (4S?) this September and an iPhone 5 later in 2012. The biggest indication is the processor. Apple's quad-core A6 chips will not be ready until late 2011 at earliest. I really can not see Apple shoving dual-core A5 chips in a flagship device, with the competitors' far more powerful quad-cores (Kal-El and OMAP5) being device-ready by September. Steve Jobs release an iPhone, only to be leapfrogged by more powerful Android devices within a month? Ego would not allow it. The iPhone 5 is promised to be a major improvement. DON'T MISS: Galaxy Note 7 explodes in the hands of a 6-year-old There are no official mentions regarding RAM and battery capacity for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 RAM yet. But leaks already answered the RAM question, and now regulatory filings have revealed details about the new iPhones' batteries. Documentation spotted from Chinese regulatory body TENAA reveals that the iPhone 7 has a 1,960 mAh battery, which is slightly bigger than the 1,715 mAh battery in the iPhone 6s. The iPhone 7 Plus has a 2,900 mAh battery, which is bigger than the iPhone 6s Plus's 2,750 mAh battery as well. Apple on stage claimed that the iPhone 7 will offer users two extra hours of life compared to the iPhone 6s. The iPhone 7 Plus should outlast the iPhone 6s Plus by one hour, on average. World's Longest Inflatable Waterslide Makes Splash in U.s.
VERNON, New Jersey – Action Park is officially in the record books after testing a new ride befitting of the park's wild and storied history. The World's Longest Inflatable Waterslide was officially certified by Guinness World Records Friday at 1,975-feet long.A select few employees were the first – and only – individuals granted the opportunity to take the slide for a spin Friday afternoon because it is not yet approved by the state Department of Community Affairs. The World's Longest Waterslide, brought over from New Zealand and rebuilt on Mountain Creek's ski slopes, is made of 10,000 feet of polyvinyl chloride, the same material used to make bounce houses.Built by Jimi Hunt and the Live More Awesome Foundation, the waterslide consists of twenty 100-foot sections, each weighing about 600 pounds. With a total of nearly 6 million stitches capable of holding 25 pounds each, it took 600 hours to stitch and assemble the plastic on the ride. It takes two generators and 15 blowers to keep the waterslide inflated, and 400 pegs to hold it in place.A 1.8 inch base separates riders from the ground, allowing for no weight restrictions for the record-breaking waterslide. The slide uses about 1,000 gallons per hour to operate, provided by Mountain Creek Resort's Snowmaking System. The average waterslide takes 10 to 30 seconds to ride but the World's Longest Waterslide is 60 to 90 seconds long, according to Action Park.Non-employees may have to wait awhile to ride the mammoth contraption. Action Park spokeswoman Lauren Scrudato said there is currently no timeline for when the waterslide will be state-certified and open to the public, citing a "lengthy process."The World's Longest Waterslide's journey to Action Park can be seen on an upcoming episode of Travel Channel's "Xtreme Waterparks" series airing July 26 at 10 p.m. An earlier episode of the show aired in June and chronicled the construction of the slide. One of the country's first waterparks, Action Park was open between 1978 and 1996, but closed due to a change in ownership. The park reopened as Mountain Creek Waterpark in 1998 with many of the same rides.A few summers ago, a viral video about the park titled "The Most Insane Amusement Park Ever" gave Mountain Creek Resort President Benneyan the idea to re-open the water park under its original Action Park name in 2014.Photos: Action Park employees test World's Longest WaterslideAction Park has more than 30 rides, slides and attractions, including the Cliff Jumps, Tarzan Swings and Colorado Rapids River Ride.
