I Forgot to Put the Coolant Pressure Cap (the Metal One That Says Do Not Open When Hot) Back On...?

I forgot to put the coolant pressure cap (the metal one that says do not open when hot) back on...?

Sounds like some of the coolant ended up inside your distributor. Have someone take the distributor cap off, get a can of air and blow as much water out of the distributor and cap as possible. Then spray some WD40 in the cap then wipe it out. Put the distributor cap back on and start the car. Check the coolant level and top it off, but the radiator cap back on and the car should run normal

Should there be pressure under the oil fill cap? (97 Nissan Altima)?

no it should not but if a little bit spits out with the cap off its nothing to worry about.check oil level and pcv valve.however it does sound like blow by.get a can of some type of oil supplement and put in it to loosen up the rings in the bore.you will probably have to use 2 different ones 1 to clean and loosen the rings and one to seal and change the viscosity of the oil.if it still does it you most likely need a set of rings.cheapest way out is to use a slightly thicker oil and or an additive and check your oil regularly. EDIT>put it to your mouth and blow in it it should make a clacking noise one way.

Battle of Champlain at Cap de la Victoire in 1610

On June 19, 1610, the Montagnais, the Algonquins and French soldiers led by Samuel de Champlain began a battle at Cap de la Victoire (designated Cap Massacre by some authors), against a hundred Iroquois who had erected a strategic fort there. The Iroquois had built a circular barricade made of tree trunks joined together by sturdy stakes fixed in the ground. During the French assault on the barricade, Champlain was seriously wounded in the neck by an arrow. Many Iroquois fell in battle or drowned in the general salvage. The site of this battle is found at the eastern edge of the Parish of Contrecoeur, about 8.0 kilometres (5.0 mi) southwest of Sorel, on the borders of the Seigneury of Saint-Ours. This site is part of the Grves Holiday Colony, which is in front of the Jeanne-d'Arc dormitory. This course was broken over about twenty years at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century by the operation of a sand pit whose sand was transported on the river by barge. An indigenous trail of approximately 3.5 kilometres (2.2 mi) linked the Cap de la Victoire and the Richelieu river, of which approximately 0.6 kilometres (0.37 mi) crosses a savannah.

CAP-4 Paulistinha

The CAP-4 Paulistinha was a military and civilian trainer aircraft built in Brazil during the 1930s and 1940s. It was originally developed by Empresa Aeronáutica Ypiranga (EAY) as an unlicensed copy of the Taylor Cub powered by a Salmson 9Ad radial engine. It featured a high strut-braced wing, two enclosed tandem seats, and a steel-tube fuselage with fabric covering. Its tailwheel undercarriage was not retractable. EAY had built five examples by the time that the firm was purchased by Companhia Aeronáutica Paulista (CAP) in 1942. CAP continued manufacturing the type under the designation CAP-4. The type was widely successful, with nearly 800 units being produced for Brazil's flying clubs and armed forces, as well as for export to Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay and Portugal. At the time of peak production in 1943, a new CAP-4 left the factory every day, and production continued until 1948. In 1956, Sociedade Aeronáutica Neiva (Neiva) acquired the rights renaming it to P-56 Paulistinha, the design was used as the basis for an agricultural aircraft, the P-56 Agricola, adding a fibreglass chemical hopper and spraybars, but this was unable to compete with imported, purpose-built agricultural aircraft.

Salary cap

In 2015 the minimum value of any contract is $18,000, paid regardless of whether the individual plays a single game or not, with that payment counting towards the salary cap. No union can spend more than $1.025 million on salaries. The maximum value of any individual contract cannot exceed $55,000 a season. Provincial unions are reimbursed by the NZRU $50,000 for every contracted All Black on their books who goes to the 2015 World Cup. If that All Black becomes available for any reason, the union has to pay back a pro-rata fee to the NZRU to gain access to the player. All Blacks unavailable due to test commitments do not count towards the salary cap.

How to Dress for Christmas in New York & Stay As Warm & Stylish As Possible PHOTOS
How to Dress for Christmas in New York & Stay As Warm & Stylish As Possible PHOTOS
If Christmas 2015 in New York looks anything like last year, it's going to be cold AF. Luckily, I've learned to embrace bundling up to the point I forget I have a body. While my tips for how to dress for Christmas in New York do not sacrifice style, the main priority here is to not freeze. You want to enjoy Christmas with your friends and family as opposed to fight off frostbite, am I right? The nine pieces below are my absolute essentials for Christmas holiday weather. I start wearing subtly festive clothing the day after Halloween, and love mixing and matching pieces to create a plethora of outfits to suit whatever scary cold news the weather forecast brings. Opt for something small that stays close to your body and has sturdy straps. Why? Hauling heavy things when you are cold is annoying, and the crowd struggle is so, so real in major tourist spots like the Rockefeller Christmas tree and pretty much anywhere else around Times Square. Happy holidays, and enjoy looking fab and staying super warm in the best city on the planet. Leggings that will you warm are absolutely non-negotiable in my book. Heat tech is my winter heaven. I live in these basically 24/7 until I finally have to wash them. Sometimes you do in fact get too hot, and it's nice to be able to take off your layers and chill in a tank top when the crowded restaurant you are in gets super warm. Another winter obsession, this undershirt is easily hidden and provides an extra thermal layer. This camisole is seamless on both sides so you can wear it under anything without it showing. An extra cozy staple that looks effortlessly chic. Thanks to its added length, this dreamy sweater will double as a way to keep your thighs warm, too. Embrace the holiday feels. You know you want to. Do not pretend to be tough and skip a coat. You will freeeeeeeze without one. This hooded version looks dreamy for when the snow starts to come down. Quilted Down And Feather Fill Jacket With Faux Fur Trim, $120, Nordstrom #Praise for down and all its cozy goodness. Again, basically a wearable blanket. How could that possibly be a bad idea? This slim blanket scarf is perfect for popping over your coat, but could also double as a head wrap if you lose your hat. Wear it loose or bundle it around your neck until you are practically sweating. Mittens are such a playful little accessory, I say go all out with quirky and fun. Are these gloves super YASSS CHRISTMAS or what? Love. "Not a creature was stirring, not even a (completely adorable mitten) mouse." No true New Yorker would walk out the door on Christmas day without a beanie to keep their head warm. I personally will be walking out the door in this one. But, holiday or not, black is always an acceptable alternative choice.— — — — — —Do trains in Europe run on Christmas day?In Germany and probably also Austria, most trains stop running sometime early to late evening on both the 24th and the 31st of December. Service will not be resumed until Christmas Day or New Year's Day morning. Typically, nobody will be outside on the evening of Christmas Eve unless it is on the way to church and back again. Plan accordingly. On timetables in Germany, trains that do not run on these days are typically marked with a small symbol which is explained in the legend as:Depending on region and company, the morning and afternoon trains on the 24th and 31st will either run as on Saturdays or something between Saturday and weekday service. (In 2016, the 24th and 31st happen to be Saturdays, so there will only be Saturday service, anyway. If the 24th/31st happen to be Sunday, there will be a Sunday service with late connections reduced. )On Christmas Day and New Year's Day, trains run like on Sundays with a few not so important exceptions (e.g. certain trains that effectively only run pre-first day of the week and do not run if Monday is a public holiday).Local bus companies will follow pretty much the same rules; however, it can be tedious to find out which buses exactly run on those days. For any leg that is in Germany and that you book via Deutsche Bahn, I would always recommend pre-booking as soon as possible as there is a limited number of special saver fares for as little as 19 on short legs. If you pre-book, you are bound to a train but you can also easily reserve seats (seat reservations are optional in Germany). The most comfortable option from far away would be their website bahn. de, in my opinion. I am not sure how many people will travel on Christmas Day. In my experience, most people will travel home (or on holiday) on the days leading up to Christmas Eve which is when pre-booking and reserving should definitely be done. Thus, there should not be that many people travelling on Christmas Day. However, it is also the beginning of Christmas holidays after the main Christmas celebrations (Christmas is celebrated on the 24th in German-speaking countries), so the second wave on their way to winter holidays could be populating the trains. As far as I am informed, there is no benefit to pre-booking Swiss and Austrian train tickets - but that information of mine could already be outdated
Cap Maison
Cap MaisonCap Maison Resort & Spa is a family owned and operated five star resort in St Lucia, in the Caribbean. Opened in December 2008, the hotel won 2010 Caribbean Best Small Resort as voted by Conde Nast Johansens, and featured in the US reality TV show The Bachelor— — — — — —Are there any ways to replace a marker cap without getting an extra one?Not the oddest question that Iu2019ve seen on Quora, but close. Iu2019m assuming that a. you have a marker of some kind and b. you have lost the cap, and you are trying to "save it" (drying out)? If these assumptions are true, then the trick is going to be a way of keeping air from circulating around the tip and evaporating the ink solvent (water or alcohol). The obvious thing would be to seal it in a ziplok bag with a damp paper towel. The humidity will rise to 100% r. h. Not terribly handy to grab the marker and use it, but you can put the bag in your pocket. If you are at a work station of some kind (desk), then punch a hole in the cap of a small jar to snugly fit the barrel of the marker:Same principle: The alcohol saturates the air inside the jar, and keeps the drying from taking place. Are there any ways to replace a marker cap without getting an extra one?.— — — — — —i have a 2006 cobalt with plastic hubcaps besides buying new wheels how do i keep them from rattleing?DUCT TAPE! Roll a hollow tube of duct tape, sticky side out. Make it thick enough to bridge the gap between the rim and cap, but not so thick that you can not get a good grip with the hub cap. Stick the tape to the outer edge of the rim, not the cap. Three pieces evenly spaces around the rim so that you get even pressure on each. There is no reason to replace an oil cap unless it is actually broken or the seal in the cap is leaking— — — — — —A history of naturism at Cap d'AgdeThe land adjoining the long sandy beach at Cap d'Agde was owned for many years by the Oltra family who farmed the olive groves behind the sand dunes adjoining the beach. After the Second World War the brothers Oltra noticed that people were coming in increasing numbers to camp on their land, and that many of these people liked to bathe and to sunbathe nude. The Oltra brothers began to formalise arrangements for campers on their land, and this subsequently led to the creation of the Oltra Club which is a caravanning and camping resort. The camp grew increasingly popular, especially with young families. German and Dutch tourists were particularly numerous. In the early 1970s the government of Georges Pompidou drew up plans for the development of the Languedoc-Roussillon coastline. Naturism initially had no part in these proposals, but Paul Ren Oltra, one of the brothers, persuaded the authorities to include plans for a naturist resort at Cap d'Agde. In 1973 the beach was officially designated as a naturist beach. Regulations for the new resort were also promulgated. The Naturist Village would be a place where voyeurs and exhibitionists would not be welcome. Early developmentsThe first developments were at Port Nature and Port Ambonne where flats, shops and pools were constructed. Later, Heliopolis and Port Venus were built and Port Nature was considerably extended. The flats were sold and the owners often let them when they did not require them for their own use. The Naturist Village became a controlled zone during the season with regulated access. Everyone entering was informed of the regulations and required to comply with them. The 1980sBy the early 1980s, the Naturist Village was reaching the limit of its development. Many shops and commercial premises remained empty, ready for sale or lease. The election of the government of Franois Mitterrand was to herald a cooling off of the French economy which lasted well into the following decade. During this time the Naturist Village continued to prove a popular resort and it developed an easy and pleasant atmosphere. There were so many German visitors that the Post Office even had a designated postbox for letters and postcards being sent to Germany. The present positionThe naturist village is also becoming a hotspot for swingers and libertines, with sex-shops and swinger clubs. The swingers are also active on the naturist beaches, which makes numerous naturist tourists change destination to another truly family naturist resort. The naturist village has rules requiring nudity as the norm, which ban photography, the wearing of provocative clothing and the display of indecent items. Signs on the beach in 2008 warned against lewd behaviour. There are clubs and smaller venues including shops and bars. The nightlife centres on clubs and venues. Many open only at certain times of the year. On 23 November 2008 the British newspaper The Sunday Times suggested fires at three swinger clubs were the work of hardline naturists or 'nudist mullahs' who oppose the echangistes or libertines. In 2009, Ren Oltra, the company which bears the name of the original promoter of the resort, required visitors to its campsite and villas and flats which it lets to belong to a naturist organisation. However, because of abuses the Cap d'Agde is no longer agreed or supported by the Fdration Franaise de Naturisme. In December 2009 the local authority proposed to renovate making the village almost traffic-free constructing tree-lined walkways and promenades, a high-level promenade by the beach, and a hotel. Work was to start in early 2012. Other plans included the renovation of buildings and the construction of new faades. The naturist village creates employment and revenue in a region of France less affluent than others. It creates income for the local authority through property taxes and admission prices.
How Do You Remove the Cap on a Child Safe Poland Spring Water Bottle?
Give it to a child...they are the only ones who can open them! lol1. I opended a water bottle and the lid and cap smells like blood/iron? HELP?Stop buying bottled water. Get a Britta. Millions of plastic bottles are thrown away each year and think of the over load at the landfills due to that. Plus, they take a LONG time to break down. Get a water purifier at home, buy a reusable, dishwasher safe plastic container to put your water in and you are good to go and you do not have to worry about what is in it. I stopped with the bottled water ages ago and have two of the reusable portable beverage containers. I've been blessed with good water so I do not need a purifier. I no longer have to waste over a dollar for a bit of water at a store when I am on the go. I bring my own. I see ppl at the store buying cases of plastic bottled water and I always think, 'wow, half of their garbage is plastic bottles.' I know that's how my mom was. It was ridiculous.2. I heard that it's not purchase water by bottle because the plastic on the inside dissolves & it mixes..?I have not heard of that one. I do know that there is a biodegradable bottle out there that is made out of corn and it will start to degrade in 6 months3. How do you make a guinea pig drink from his water bottle?Hello Lexi, Make certain that it is possible for your pet to get water out of the water bottle. Perhaps test it by touching the drinking end with clean fingers to see if it allows water to come out. Provided it is working then your pet should smell the water when he is thirsty. You may not actually see him drink. He may use it when you do not see. Provided he stays healthy, then you can know he must be drinking from it. Ensure you change the water often enough, as water does go off. Pets need clean water just like we do. (By the way, consider making a "run" for your pet. Put some cardboard out to form a fence in a secure indoor area. Lay newspaper in it to protect the floor. Make tunnels for it out of newspaper. Guinea pigs love this. If you are a child, please ask your parents first. You could also put a carrot in the Run; as this has lots of moisture.) I hope this reassures you. Regards, Robert.4. Do they search your bags at six flags/can I bring a water bottle in?NO, Six Flags does not allows outside food/beverage to be brought in the park. Within the park, they have a monopoly, and they search bags as you enter5. If you are in the desert with a limited ration of water (a bottle) do you consme it slowly or quickly? For psychological reasons, I would sip it slowly6. Does your dog drink Tap Water, Filtered Water, or Bottle Spring Water? We have well water so we give our dogs filtered water. My opinion is would you drink your tap water. I only give my dogs stuff that I would drink or eat. Honestly I know this may sound weird, but their food and bones are so good that I have to keep my daughter out of them because she will eat it7. If I fill 1/4 of a regular water bottle with vodka, will I get drunk?Maybe, depends on your tolerance8. Do you believe that some water bottle distributors get their water from tap? It's really a conspiracy...see...It's bottled in New Jersey, they say it's from maine, and has nothing to do with poland9. Baby bunny drinks from water bottle but will not eat, what should I do?She is getting adjusted to her new environment, give her time and she will begin to eat when she feels the need to. Do not worry, it just takes time for animals to get used to changes10. What would you do to make the ice in my water bottle melt faster?Wait longer11. How many times can I reuse my stainless steel water bottle?good for you for looking into a reusable option! About a gazillion million times. no joke! i use mine about the same amount that you do and they last me until i loose them, or they break. If i were you i would just hand wash them because the dishwasher might chip the paint, or not get them clean anough. you only need to wash them about once every two weeks, i wash mine when it starts to smell a little bit like algae.
Removing Water Filter From Whirlpool Refrigerator Without the Cap?
That cap usually slides into a slot on the end of the filter element, allowing you to turn the filter one quarter turn to remove it. You could reach in there with a pliers and do the same thing. But, I would check someplace like repairclinic. com and buy a new cap.1. a question for those who use Brita water filter pitchers? It's normal for carbon dust to appear in the first two fillings. Discard water or use for plants2. How do you make an emergency water filter and purifier?Define dirty. The question says potable. The stuff that will hurt you requires very fine filtration that I do not think is feasible using natural elements. Filters for protozoan cysts and bacteria typically filter to 0.2 micronsYes you can filter larger particulate matter (e.g. dirt) but that is not (typically) the dangerous stuff. Is Water Treatment Even Necessary? Q: Why do I need to treat water in wilderness areas?A: Regardless of how pure water may look, any water source on the planet could be tainted with microscopic waterborne pathogens-disease-causing pests that, if ingested, could cause severe diarrhea, cramps, vomiting and fever.Recent research, though, suggests that wilderness water at higher elevations is much cleaner than previously believed. Some experts argue that the blame for intestinal infections is more often traceable to preexisting conditions and lax sanitation, particularly unwashed hands.Q: What is in wilderness water that can affect me?A: Three groups of waterborne critters are most commonly linked to water-related illness:3. Will water filter noise annoy guinea pigs?Truthfully there is no definite answer I can give on this. Some questions to consider: how loud is the filter going to be? How big is the room and how close will they be to the turtles? If the turtles are in your room and you are okay with it, then the guinea pigs should not have a big problem with it either. If you find it very distracting, then your guinea pigs will probably find it annoying too. Still guinea pigs (like all animals) will most likely adjust to different sounds over time. They will get used to it. I had parakeets in the same room as my guinea pigs and they made a racket early in the morning. My guinea pigs were fine with the noise because they were used to it.4. How much life can I get out of my refrigerator water filter?the main reason to change the filter is it is a bacterial breeding ground. the longer it is in there partially clogged with the crap it is keeping out of your water the more of a chance of bacterial growth5. How often do you need to change the water filter on a refrigerator?Usually every 6 months on mine. I have an LG and it has a countdown indicator every 6 months6. do you have a water filter on your kitchen faucet?Tap water cool clean and yummy tastes better than the bottled water to me bottled tastes almost a touch salty7. how do i change a water filter under my house?Your local home improvement store should have a large plastic "wrench" that you can use to unscrew it8. Has anyone tried the new Pur Flavored water filter, either faucet mount or pitcher? Do you like it or hate it?yes it is great but it annoys me sometimes when my family talks about it9. Why is a distiller better to have than a regular water filter and where can I purchase one?Distilling (when done properly) produces pure H2O. Filtering, depending on the method/system used can remove up to 99.99% of the impurities. Boiling only kills/destroys any viral or bacterial contaminants. Unless you have medical issues that restrict you to distilled (or you are running a home chem-lab for whatever reason,) you are better off with a filter system. Stills are energy-intensive & can be very dangerous (they've been known to explode).10. I just changed the water filter in the fridge and.......Wow, this is really weird. Did you happen to have the new filter stored in a hot area (like garage). The only reason we could think of is that maybe the carbon in the filter got hot and it will take an hour or so for the fridge to cool it down. Nothing else makes sense. Hope it's something simple like that, good luck!.
Will It Be Ok to Drive a Car WITHOUT the Cap for the Coolant Reservoir? (Not Radiator)?
funny u ask that. i forgot to put the cap on and it was sitting atop my engine for about 2 weeks(derp). its absolutely ok. the only thing it does is an added protection to keeping the fluids inside. the caps arent expensive probably around 10 bucks. the reservoir is pretty good at containing the coolant without a cap. the only thing is if you go offroading or hit some crazy bumps the fluid might spill a little bit. it wouldnt come out enough to hurt your engine. so the only real danger is you would have to top it off here and there. the pressure is all inside the radiator itself. the resevoir is only there to provide fluids when the radiator calls for more. • Other Questions should i buy this used car? PERSOANLLY I do NOT like OLDER GM prodcuts. They are cheaply made using mostly the chepaest parts, they RIDE like trucvks and get BAD mileage usually. They ride HARSHLY compared to otheer designs. and their engines develop INTAKE GASKET FAILURES predictably every 80-100k miles or so. CHECK FOR RUST< if you like this thing, and get a full UNDER BODY check up for signs of rusted frame and suspension parts, the REAL killers of any vehicle on the road. I would tend to get a FORD RANGER instead, esp from the SOUTH where rust is not an issue. GOOD LUCK! THE S10 is still pretty cheap to own, if you can live with it's flaws and jouncier ride and inaccurate steering. GOOD LUCK! ------ HOW DO I LOCATE A 2002 MAZDA MPV HORN? convinced he's sweet once you placed in a sparkling engine you rearly wont observe yet most of the situations youwill get the chek engine effortless on or in certain situations it wont yet hte engine doesnt run as solid or neither , in certain situations the examine engine would not effortless on adn the engine is in solid condition yet you'll sense that the engine is strggling little bit and that is that if the transmission is previous or drained once you installan engine it is amazingly almost new on a motor vehicle that has a transmission that would not carry out on an analogous element on the engine then it may no longer shift smoth or different minor issues and a million or 2% of the situations you received't have any of those issues ------ common cause of engine overheat in a hyundai excel 1986 model? Bad thermostat Low coolant Defective pump Fan not coming on (defective motor, wiring or relay) Leak Did they actually do a flush or was it just a drain and fill? It should have been power flushed to remove deposits in the head too, and all fluid going back in, should have been new. It is possible that with the removal of the head, some crud or gasket pieces got loose within it. Coolant flows through the block and the head - there could be an obstruction there. Hopefully, the individual that removed and reinstalled the head was more careful than that. Replace the thermostat and gasket and check the coolant level first. When the vehicle is cold, remove the radiator cap (never remove a cap from a hot radiator), then start the car. When it gets close to normal operating temperature, the thermostat will open and you'll see the coolant circulating inside the radiator. Add 50/50 mixture until it reaches the top and the level stays constant. Replace the cap and watch to make sure the fan comes on. Swirling coolant good pump Fan comes on good motor/relay If it fails these tests, you will probably need to take it to your local Hyundai dealer. OE thermostat and gasket are still available from Hyundai for your vehicle. ------ Can I disguise a wall air vent with a decorative cover like those used hiding radiators ? Yes, it will prevent the proper flow of air in and out. You should never cover a vent. Something you may try though, if you are so inclined and creative: Remove the vent cover and find a large picture or inexpensive painting. spray an adhesive onto the vent cover and lay the picture on it, then use an exacto or razor knife and cut the picture in the vent slots, fold down onto the angled parts and press onto the adhesive. After it dries, screw it back into place on the wall. The go to a local hardware store, find some nice molding, and cut it to fit around the vent as it would a picture frame. To help in concealing the vent, you might also locate 2 more prints of the same size, similar style, paste them to a couple small sheets of luaun, frame them with the same molding you used on the vent, and hang them on each side. I wish you the best of luck in your project. ------ Car overheats to red zone then drops back to operating temperature and continues this cycle? Thats just crazy your thermostat is hanging up, and the extra heat is causing it to open.then the cool water is causing it to close. Look where the hose goes into the block from the top of the radiator to the motor, on the motor the cover/housing at the end of the hose .its only two bolts, take them loose and remove the thermostat and replace that cover and bolt it back up and your car will run fine after that. 1995 .Headgasket.you gotta be kidding. Keep your car away from mechanics and it will run fine. Its like that.times are tough in some areas, and you have to be watchful for this kinda stuff. Any mechanic can tell when a thermostat is hanging up.just by what you explained.so its summer time, just remove it yourself and the problem / solution will be self evident. Save your money for important stuff, if you have to borrow a 13mm or 15mm wrench for 5 minutes and take off the cover of the thermostat, with your fingers just pick it up out of the hole and replace the housing.its a snap! The gasket will reseal, and all will be fine. (Houston) ------ i have leeked into my neighbours ceiling from radiator is this covered on buildings insurance? My disclaimer is that you will need to consult your ins co, but it depends on if you rent or own. If you own, If you own a condo generally you are responsible for everything from the paint inward. If you are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the radiator, then you are responsible for the dmg. Your downstairs neighbor could pursue you or your insurance company on their own, or they could file a claim with their own insurance company, and their insurance company would then subrogate, or pursue you or your insurance co. They will most likely not want to involve their insurance co. Your buidling is responsible for the space between your floor & their ceiling. However if it is in your contract with the building that the building is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the radiator, the building is liable. This is usually the case with rental properties, but if this is a condo that you own, most likely you are liable. This is a very generic answer, and different states can have varying laws. ------ Radiator Hose for CRF 250r question? Yes. Coolant will pour out. Drain the Cooling system before cutting any of the hoses. The drain bolt is on the water pump cover, on the right side of the engine. http://www.powersportspro.com/pages/OemParts?aribrandHOM#/Honda/CRF250R_A%2f%2fA_(08)_MOTORCYCLE%2c_JPN%2c_VIN%23_JH2ME103-8K410001_TO_JH2ME103-8K419999/WATER_PUMP/CRF250R-08-JPN-A%2f%2fA/2Y14KRN4KRN4E0900D #6 is the sealing washer the drain bolt goes through. To prevent making a mess, hold the bike upright. Loosen the radiator cap. Remove the drain bolt. The coolant is going to squirt out all over you. Hold a drain pan up to the drain bolt like a shield, to block the initial burst of coolant. ------ what is bumper to bumper warranty cover? A bumper-to-bumper warranty means pretty much everything that is not subject to wear and tear (like tires and brake pads) usual maintenance (like oil and filters) or is not subject to road hazards (like a windshield broken by a rock) is covered for a certain amount of time or up to a certain mileage level (like, say, 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first) if anything goes wrong and the cause is NOT related to owner negligence. So as long as you follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule and take good care of your car, if something on your car craps out and the car is still under warranty, the dealership repairs it for free. P.S.: Some auto makers offer special packages where the scheduled maintenance is covered for the first year or two -- this is seen more on leased vehicles though. ------ In a motor warrenty would the radiator be covered? The radiator is not considered part of the engine it is a part of the cooling system. As far as re they liable my guess would be no, and 'removed and replaced' can get tricky. When you see this written you should make them elaborate, I have seen many shops say they removed and replaced when what they should have said was removed and reinstalled. If the receipt you have does not say anywhere that they patched it you can try going back and arguing that they said they replaced it but only patched it, I also question why they fixed it for free because it wouldnt be covered as part of replacing the engine. Total speculation here but from my experience working in a dealership tells me they might have damaged your radiator while replacing your engine, so they patched it for free to get you out the door and now they can claim its not thier problem. ------ Reasonable radio antennas range from1 centimeter to5 meters in diameter. What frequency range does this cover? ignoring antenna question, let's do frequency given the wavelength: speed of light c freq*wavelength freq c / w 1cm: freq (3*10^10 cm/s) / 1 cm freq 3 * 10 ^10 Hz 5m: freq (3*10^8 m/s) / 5 m freq 0.6 * 10^ 8 Hz freq 6 * 10 ^7 Hz NOTE: 3*10^8 m/s 3*10^10 cm/s NOTE2: 1 Hz 1/sec I will leave the assumption about the relationship between antenna length and wavelength alone, since I disagree with what you say /******* just an aside ***********/ if it was "me", I'd multiply those freq's by a factor of "4" reasoning follows: antenna-length is *also* sometimes regarded as wavelength / 4 for (quarter wavelength monopole) citing: The most basic antenna is called "a quarter wave vertical", it is a quarter wavelength long and is a vertical radiator. Typical examples of this type would be seen installed on motor vehicles for two way communications. Technically the most basic antenna is an "isotropic radiator". This is a mythical antenna which radiates in all directions as does the light from a lamp bulb. It is the standard against which we sometimes compare other antennas. ------ Atheists, what do you make of this supernatural experience? The mind plays tricks. Especially in heated emotional moments. if you had put your hand in front of your face, for instance, the 'shadow' on your face would have been larger naturally. As the source of the water would have been smaller than your hand and would blow outward. Same as an eclipse of the Sun and Moon. There is a great series on right now called "Your Bleeped Up Brain". You may want to see it. If you want and look for supernatural answers for everything, you will find them. it's human nature. Just because you don't know the reason for something, or don't recognize it immediately, does not mean it's supernatural, just that you don't know. yet. This is my legitimate and honest response. what you want to think or 'believe' is entirely up to you. IMHO
Wedding Dress of Birgitte Van Deurs
Wedding Dress of Birgitte Van Deurs
Wedding dress of Birgitte van DeursThe wedding dress of Birgitte van Deurs was worn at her wedding to Prince Richard of Gloucester on 8 July 1972 at St Andrew's Church, Barnwell, Northamptonshire. The dress was designed by Norman Hartnell, who first collaborated with the British royal family for the wedding dress of the groom's mother, Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester. The dress was constructed of Swiss organdie, with a high collar, a simple skirt, long sleeves and a small train. Instead of wearing a tiara, the bride secured her white tulle veil with a grouping of stephanotis flowers. The dress was regarded by some as one of Hartnell's more modern creations for the time, incorporating some stylistic features of 1970s fashion.— — — — — —Wedding dress of Princess AliceThe wedding dress of Princess Alice of the United Kingdom was worn during a period of court mourning for the death of her father. Princess Alice was the second daughter of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. On 1 July 1862, in the dining room of Osborne House on the Isle of Wight, she married Prince Louis of Hesse. Seven months had passed since the death of the Prince Consort and the Royal Family was still in deep mourning. The venue was chosen so that the Queen would be able to avoid inviting the usual guests of state. From "The Royal Wedding Dresses" by Nigel Arch and Joanna Marschner (p.58): "She wore a 'half-high dress with a deep flounce of Honiton lace, a veil of the same and a wreath of orange blossom and myrtle'." It was a simple style and not embellished with a court train. Queen Victoria later confided to her daughter, the Princess Royal (Vicky), that the wedding of 'poor Alice' had been "more like a funeral."— — — — — —Wedding dress of Princess Helena of Waldeck and PyrmontThe wedding dress of Princess Helena of Waldeck and Pyrmont was worn by the bride at her wedding to Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany, on 27 April 1882 in St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle. Prince Leopold was the youngest son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Princess Helena was the daughter of George Victor, Prince of Waldeck and Pyrmont and his wife Princess Helena of Nassau. The dress was made in Paris and was presented by her sister, Queen consort Emma of the Netherlands. The gown was made of white satin, decorated with traditional orange blossom and myrtle and trimmed with fleur-de-lis, with the edge topped with point d'Alenon and white satin. The long tulle veil was held in place by a diamond head dress and a wreath of orange blossoms and myrtle. The shoulders were bare and the short drop sleeves adorned with the Royal Family Order of the Royal Order of Victoria and Albert and the Companion of the Order of the Crown of India pinned to the left. The bosom was swathed in tulle and ruched laces with a small bouquet of flowers. The fashionably cut bodice ended in a sharp V-shape that accentuated the bride's tall and slender figure. Helena received large diamond sprays from the King and Queen of the Netherlands, which she wore as a tiara and brooch on her wedding day. From her parents, she received a diamond necklace and sun rays that she also wore as brooches. Prince Leopold gave his bride a diamond necklace, a large diamond star, a ruby bracelet, a ruby and diamond bracelet, sapphire and diamond earrings, Spanish lace, and a fan, which can also be seen in her wedding photos.— — — — — —Getting married and have so much to do! What good is Car Wax?yes it helps to protect the paint from harsh chemicals and road film.it also keeps the paint from getting dull7. Can you use car wax on a guitar? It all depends. Is your guitar is a stick shift or an automatic?8. How to apply car wax? By hand or machine better? 10 points best answer?Wax is available in three forms: liquid, paste and spray. From experience, liquid wax is easier to apply, but with paste kind. There's always a lot to choose from and I noticed a lot of high-tech wax discoveries first come out in paste then in liquid and spray form later. When you apply the wax it's always nice to wash your car first. Avoid direct sunlight as well when it's too cold and damp. A single thin coat is all it need in major large areas. Do not try to put on a thick application with the intent that you wo not have to wax as often because it wo not work. You will mostly end up with an excessive amount of wax residue to remove, making the job more difficult. You are better off waxing more frequently. You can use the round applicators that come with some waxes or are available separately. A damp rectangular kitchen sponge makes a good applicator, as its shape seems to be able to handle the detail areas of a car. A second application on the nose and hood, where the wind quickly wears off the wax will give you a longer lasting wax job. Have a happy wax-on wax-on day.9. Can you use car wax on the floor?I would test it in a small hidden area first10. Looking for car wax that is clear for older car?try turtle wax ice, it's clear and does not leave any residue11. Pour a little on the corner of a rag and wipe the wax right off. This will also work for small oil spills.14. Whats the best car wax on the market?Turtle wax an old stand by15. does car wax give your car the wet look? Not all wax does. You get ones that just protect the paint and makes it shine, and you get wax that gives your car the "wet look". Something like Meguiars Deep Crystal liquid wax or Mothers Reflections is what you are looking for.

New Patent Exposure of Apple Folding Screen Mobile Phone: Two OLED Flexible Screens Are Combined, an
Although the full screen is hot at present, it is obvious that folding screen is the trend in the future. At present, the folding screen patents of Samsung, Huawei, LG and other mobile phone manufacturers have been exposed, except for the lack of news from apple.Recently, the U.S. trademark and Patent Office announced a new patent related to Apple's folding screen mobile phone. In the design diagram, we can see that this mobile phone is composed of two OLED flexible screens, which are connected by hinges. It is worth mentioning that its hinges can be bent in both directions. In addition, in this concept phone, apple puts the battery in the hinge instead of the bottom of the screen, which can make the body as light and thin as possible. Of course, the battery also needs to have foldable characteristics. If it is really to be implemented into real products produced in large scale, the safety must be fully verified. In the current mainstream mobile phone modeling, the screen size has basically reached the limit, and folding screen is a more feasible design idea. From the current technical conditions, OLED screen is still the best material for folding screen mobile phones, with light weight, strong flexibility and low power consumption. In other words, if Apple's folding products start production, the screen is still likely to be purchased from Samsung. After all, Samsung is still in the leading position in the OLED panel.
The Liberator: 3d Printing and the Pirate's Dilemma
The Liberator: 3d Printing and the Pirate's Dilemma
The first time I illegally downloaded anything, I was nine. I was sitting with my father in his office on the 102nd floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center. It was bring your child to work day, and having heard some of the hype from my elementary school classmates, I convinced my dad to download Napster to his work laptop. I asked him what his favorite song was; he answered, I searched, and pressed the download button.A few moments later, we sat there listening to "Sugar Magnolia" by The Grateful Dead. The guitar came in, then the lyrics, and as words passed over us - "Sometimes when the night is dying, I take me out and wander round" - I never thought of what we were doing as stealing. It was instantaneous appreciation: the chance to share an experience without discs or hard copies or having to walk to a store. Though I would lose him, that file, and that building a short time later, the memory stayed with me. When I was thirteen, I bought the album "American Beauty" and played it over and over again on my Walkman as I lay in bed at night, trying in vain to recapture that lost, shared moment. It was resplendent, and no one can tell me it was wrong.I have only a few strong political beliefs. Chief among these is my personal dedication to the dream of a free-information society. I'm a digital native - it's in my upbringing. Before I ever had independent buying power, I had been taught to pirate. Any media I have ever been able to buy, I have been able to steal just as easily. In my mind, the options are essentially interchangeable. While I do occasionally dwell upon the fact that I may be robbing an employee within the film or music industry of a needed paycheck, it seems to me that it's the business model that needs revision - not my methods. You can't fight the future, and no one wants to be on the wrong side of history.Though sometimes I download a movie or an album from The Pirate Bay, these are the exceptions and not the rule. By and large I download books, most of them philosophy. When I finish reading the works of Ken Wilbur or Robert Anton Wilson, if I decide I like the content, I purchase the title in paperback to add to my bookshelf. Until that point, I see it as no different from checking a book out of the library. My ability to be exposed to these thinkers, to develop my own opinions and curate my thinking in the same way I curate my book collection, is a privilege. But access to such information shouldn't be.I am no utopian, but I do believe that instead of being prohibited by the prices of tuition and textbooks, all students should be entitled to an open-source, open-access curriculum. I envision a world in which impoverished children can read The Odyssey on a computer, while listening to selections from Wagner - for free. I hope one day to live in a world where culture is not mediated by capitalist institutions. While copyright laws are extended seemingly indefinitely to keep Mickey Mouse in the hands of the Disney Corporation, I imagine a world in which we are all autodidacts - self-made and self-taught individuals, granted the access to the well of collective human experience and information that is our birthright. Most days, my belief extends not just to our cultural heritage but to all information. In the landmark 1971 Supreme Court case The New York Times Co. vs United States, Justice Potter Stewart ruled in favor of the newspaper's decision to print the controversial Watergate papers, saying, "In the absence of governmental checks and balances, the only effective restraint upon executive policy and power may be an enlightened citizenry - in an informed and critical public opinion..." Though his decision would seem to establish the free press as a public service, serving an essential function in democratic government by assuring that the electorate is informed of all the facts, his words have not stood the test of time. And though I would like to think that our betrayal by mainstream corporate media is recent - its descent into cheap entertainment and thrills - if I'm being honest, it began years ago. Take, for example, that during the first Gulf War, CNN ran footage from cameras mounted on the cones of missiles claiming it was live, despite it having been prescreened and edited for broadcast by the Pentagon. When the news service becomes a simulacrum of itself, serving the interest of powers that be over its stated goal to inform the public, drastic measures are necessary. For the last few years, Wikileaks has been exactly that sort of drastic measure. First rising to prominence in 2010 with their video "Collateral Murder" - depicting a US helicopter killing two civilian journalists in Iraq - the open-source news organization has become a center of global attention and controversy. Despite being labeled a terrorist organization by even some high-ranking members of our government, the site's only crime has been releasing to the public the documents leaders and officials pass among themselves. When the reasons for our involvement in overseas wars that kill our fellow citizens, defame our nation's status in the international community, cause us to spend trillions of our tax dollars become murky, leaks like the so-called Iraq and Afghanistan War Diaries become necessary. When stations like CNN resign themselves to interviewing celebrities on Piers Morgan instead of reporting the news, something like Wikileaks becomes inevitable to balance the scales. To date, Wikileaks itself has been directly responsible for no deaths, but I concede that its own internal ethics are questionable. Make no mistake, information can be dangerous. If the identities of undercover CIA operatives were leaked, they'd certainly be killed. The problem becomes, who decides what information we have access to, and who could possibly be trusted with that responsibility without ulterior motives? But information alone is not enough to kill people. You need an angry person with a gun.And here's the gun.In the past week, the previously fringe technology of 3D Printing has entered into the public eye and the mainstream media with the announcement of a completely self-manufactured firearm - the Liberator. The weapon itself looks more like a Nerf toy than a service revolver, its body a mix of blue and white plastic resin. For some this is a novelty straight from science fiction, not unlike the promise of a flying car. For me, it's the climax of a story I've been following for months, the saga of the Liberator's inventor, Cody Wilson - twenty-five-year-old self-described crypto-anarchist, and founder of the Austin-based company Defense Distributed.Wilson is an enigma. Somewhat boyishly handsome, at face value he looks like he should be in a frat house or climbing the ranks of a law firm rather than being interviewed on national news. When he speaks about politics, his only clear stance is on the protection of the right to bear arms, though some of his more colorful comments - like his belief that Mitt Romney and President Obama are two faces for the ruling class of the banking elite - make me think he'd be best described as a Libertarian. Interviewed on Glenn Beck this fall, Wilson's response to a simple question - "Are you a hero or a villain?" - was as playful as it was worrisome: "That is the question, isn't it?" According to national firearm regulations, only the lower receiver of a gun is technically a firearm. This is the central section of the weapon that holds the trigger and attaches to an ammunition magazine. It is also the only portion of a gun that bears a serial number, the only portion that can be tracked, and the only part not available for purchase over the Internet. It is exactly this part that Wilson and Defense Distributed have dedicated themselves to manufacturing with 3D printers. Until the Liberator.3D printing, or additive manufacturing, acts like a normal desktop printer would, except that it lays down plastic resins and not inks. Using a computer-aided design (or CAD) file, the printer places layer upon layer of plastic, building a three-dimensional object from the bottom up. While its inventors originally conceived of its usefulness in purely artistic and practical terms - creating sculptures, figurines, clothes hangers, plates and coffee mugs - in the hands of Cody Wilson the technology has been made to manufacture uncontrollable munitions. The Liberator, the most advanced printed gun to date, has only two metal components: a firing pin made from a scrap nail, and a metal bar inserted into the receiver to comply with gun legislation necessitating that all sold firearms must set off a metal detector. Defense Distributed has also moved into making fifty round magazines - exactly the sort that would be targeted by new gun control legislation. In one of his Youtube videos, Wilson holds a modified AR-15 - the same gun used in the Sandy Hook shooting - with a transparent plastic receiver, and fires off a few rounds before turning to the camera to ask, "How's that national conversation going?" Though he has recently received a firearms manufacturing license from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms allowing him to sell his products, Wilson is more interested in making his CAD file blueprints available for free online through his website DefCad.com, so that fellow 3D printing enthusiasts can follow his example and make their own weapons. Now there is no difference between downloading an album and burning a CD and downloading a CAD file and printing a gun. On top of which, other pirates using Wilson's blueprints are not required to make their home-printed guns identifiable by a metal detector.Critics claim Cody Wilson is in it for the attention. Well, he's got mine.I believe in gun control. I believe that the Second Amendment to the Constitution has been misinterpreted, extending the right for states to create armed defensive militias to the personal right to own semi-automatic weapons. I do not understand why a civilian could require access to armor-piercing bullets and weapons that fire up to 800 rounds a minute for hunting even the largest moose. I believe that background checks on firearms sales - keeping potentially deadly weapons out of the hands of the mentally unstable, and those with criminal records - is plain common sense. But how do you even begin to implement gun control in an era of 3D printing? And how can I stand by my belief in the freedom of information, when extending my own logic means there is nothing wrong with downloading a gun? There is a snake in my Eden, and it's not even the second day.The same day that Defense Distributed announced the Liberator, office-supply giant Staples announced it would start carrying 3D printers. Since the release of the Liberator's CAD files to the Internet, the blueprints have been downloaded over 100,000 times. The government has attempted to step in: just this Thursday, the Department of Defense took down the Liberator CAD files from the DefCad.com website, but within a matter of hours the plans were back online with web hosting from New Zealand. Today, The Pirate Bay, the same BitTorrent search engine where I download books and films, has come out in support of providing the public with a place to download the CAD file. Copies of the 2mb file already have over 5000 seeders. As the cyber-activist group Anonymous likes to say, "We are legion." Cody Wilson is correct about one thing: it is too late to be having "the same gun control conversation we had in 1994." Ultimately, this isn't even a conversation about gun control. In my mind, completely open access to information would allow the children of the developing world to learn programming along with reading and writing. If the fate of 3D printing is any barometer, how soon does this curriculum turn violent in the wrong hands? The current line we have drawn on this issue is flawed - the same sort of protectorate policies that cripple game play on Sim City V and keep HIV retro-viral medication prohibitively expensive due to patents, not production costs. We need to level the playing field, and to do that we need to open the door and let everyone into the library. The question becomes how far to open that door, and where to draw the line on what is necessary and what is dangerous information. In my mind, the only acceptable boundary is the protection of human life.

Could I Put a Bala Shark in My Tank?
no longer a sturdy plan. Bala sharks ought to stay in a team (or they get very anxious and under pressure) and strengthen to a pair of foot long. even though they are often non violent fish, an excellent bala ought to consume small tank friends. All About The Tiger Shark!!?The tiger shark, Galeocerdo cuvier, one of the largest predatory sharks, is the only member of the genus Galeocerdo. Mature sharks average 3.25 metres (11 ft) to 4.25 metres (14 ft) and weigh 385 to 909 kg (850 to 2000 lb). It is found in many of the tropical and temperate regions of the world's oceans, and is especially common around islands in the central Pacific. This shark is a solitary hunter, usually hunting at night. Its name is derived from the dark stripes down its body, which fade as the shark matures. The tiger shark is a dangerous predator, known for eating a wide range of items. Its usual diet consists of fish, seals, birds, smaller sharks, squid, and turtles. It has sometimes been found with man-made waste such as license plates or pieces of old tires in its digestive tract. It is notorious for attacks on swimmers, divers and surfers in Hawaii; and is often referred to as the "bane of Hawaiian surfers" and "the wastebasket of the sea". The tiger shark is second only to the bull shark in number of recorded attacks on humans and is considered, along with the great white, bull shark, and the oceanic whitetip shark to be one of the sharks most dangerous to humans. Tiger Sharks are most commonly found in Peru on the coast of Punta Sal. Tiger sharks migrate yearly to the warmer waters of Punta Sal, Peru during the months of January through to March for feeding and mating.6.
