Is It Acceptable to Approach Women in the Gym?

You can "talk" to anyone you want to. However, I would recommend not asking a girl out at the gym. I am not a girl, but I do know that they hate being asked out at the gym more than almost anywhere else. That's literally why there are womens only sections.

Just say something like "Hi, I've seen you around here a few times. My name is *name*, what is yours?" Just go in with a decent conversation starter, I suppose.

Leave the muscles resting for 1 day every 2 days of work. Or if you are working on the upper side muscles for 2 days, the 3rd work only on legs. This is the best way if u want to see your muscles grow correctly.

Girls do not have enough testosterone to build bulky muscles even with weight training (absent steroids or forced protein feeding), so regular anaerobic or aerboic Muay Thai for 1-2 hours, is not going to make you bulky with muscles like a man. Just wo not happen. You will have a firmer build, with more prominent muscle tone (not size), but that's healthy. There are men who like all sorts of female body shapes, so it's not really set in stone. Women, however, may or may not have issues with you on this score. You would have to ask them about it. Go ahead and try to do the exercises without him. Try to find your inner motivation without someone there to use social pressure on you to get you to do them. For self improvement, you really need an inner motivation, not an external/social motivation.

First of all, I never recommend someone hit the gym when they are uneducated about physical fitness and what they are doing. I feel you are randomly walking into the gym without a specific goal, and that is likely to lead to injury and over training. So pick a very specific goal, and do some reading on it. So if you want to become a runner, get a book for beginner runners. A new runner should not exceed one mile at a time for the first week. Do not walk aimlessly into a gym. -Connor
