My 18th Birthday Party Is in November?

I would think of a theme, like a black and white party. In your invitations tell everyone to wear only black or white. Then I would decorate with some black and white ballons, maybe come up with your own custom drink (non-alcoholic of course). I would defintely hire a DJ and serve fun, bite sized foods. Keep it simple, maybe finger sandwiches, soda, chips, cupcakes. Invite a lot of people, buy a cute dress and dance the night away! Black and white napkins, plates, and cups would be cute too!.

1. Are LED scrollng license plates legal in Missouri?

yes its illegal while driving but if your parked in a parking lot or can have it on

2. What happens when plates separate?

When plates separate over land (Divergent Plate Boundary - Continental) : As the two plates pull apart, normal faults develop on both sides of the rift and the central blocks slide downwards. Earthquakes occur as a result of this fracturing and movement. Early in the rift-forming process, streams and rivers will flow into the sinking rift valley to form a long linear lake. As the rift grows deeper it might drop below sea level allowing ocean waters to flow in. This will produce a narrow, shallow sea within the rift. This rift can then grow deeper and wider. If rifting continues a new ocean basin could be produced. The East Africa Rift Valley is a classic example of this type of plate boundary. When Plates separate over water (Divergent Plate Boundary - Oceanic) : When a divergent boundary occurs beneath oceanic lithosphere, the rising convection current below lifts the lithosphere producing a mid-ocean ridge. Extensional forces stretch the lithosphere and produce a deep fissure. When the fissure opens, pressure is reduced on the super-heated mantle material below. It responds by melting and the new magma flows into the fissure. The magma then solidifies and the process repeats itself. And new oceanic crust is created. The Mid-Atlantic Ridge is a classic example of this type of plate boundary.

8. How many types of plates are there in Earth, and what are they?

they are 1) divergent plate 2) convergent plate 3) transformal plateDivergent plate - almost all the Earth's new crust forms at divergent boundaries, but most are not known because they lie deep under the oceans. these are zones where two plates move away from each other, allowing magma from the mantle to rise up and make a new crust. divergent boundaries are where the plates move apart. seafloor spreading is a process in which the magma creates new land underwater and this process takes millions of years to form a ten foot hill cause the growth ranges from two-ten centimeters per year. the magma is buoyant and create more ridges and an example of this is Mid-Atlantic Ridge.Convergent plate - convergent is collision of two plates. a collision of a less dense continental plate with a more denser oceanic plate collides with a more continental plate and the ocean plate goes under the continental plate. this takes a great deal of energy and results in the melting the continental crust, volcanism occurs. the kinds of volcanoes which can occur depends on the chemical composition of the magma which decides its viscosity and there are three different types of flow, one is Basaltic is when it it makes lava plains or shield volcanoes, Andesite is when it makes strato-volcanoes, Dacite or rhyolite is when it makes a crater such as St. Helens. Transformal plate - here two plates slide by one another in opposite directions. the San Andreas Fault is the most well-known (and most deadly) translational interface. the two plates slide by one another along a large scale fault. since these are two large pieces of rock, there is a great deal of frictional coupling that occurs. sometimes the plates get locked in some local region and great deal of strain energy is stored in that region. eventually, the strain energy builds up to the point where it is suddenly released which creates a large scale earthquake. in a transverse wave the particle displacement is perpendicular to the direction of wave propagation. one-dimensional transverse plain wave propagating from left to right. the particles do not move along with the wave; they simply oscillate up and down about their individual position as the wave passes by. com) you can search this site for more information and illustrative, animated drawings for wider understanding and knowledge. type Plate Tectonics and/or 3 Types of Plate Boundaries. thank you for your question, i am learning myself from answers to this information. Registrants provided their own license plates for display until 1905, when the state began to issue plates. Since then, Connecticut has used a variety of license plate designs, and has issued different designs for passenger, non-passenger, and, more recently, optional plate types that often require an additional fee. For most classes of vehicles, plates are issued in pairs, for the front and rear of the vehicle respectively. Plates were validated with metal date tabs from 1937 through 1963, then with plate stickers until 2006, and finally with windshield stickers until 2010. Plate stickers continue to be used on plates for vehicles that do not have a windshield, or are part of fleets that frequently rotate plates among vehicles. Until 2013 Connecticut, as a rule, skipped the number 0 as the leading digit in its plates, with the exception of dealer plates. Between July 2013 and August 2015, temporary 1ABCD2 and 1AB-CD2 serial formats were used, both of which allowed 0 to be used as the leading digit. In August 2015, a permanent AB-12345 serial format was introduced, and the number 0 could be used as the first of the five digits in the serial.— — — — — —Vehicle registration plates of New CaledoniaNew Caledonia requires its residents to register their motor vehicles and display vehicle registration plates. Some Alabama municipalities issued their own license plates for horse-drawn vehicles as well as automobiles prior to 1911. The earliest known plate is a bronze plate, "No. 1", issued by the city of Bessemer on a two-horse wagon in 1901, while the earliest known plate for an automobile is a 1906 dash plate issued by the city of Birmingham, originally assigned to a 1904 6-cylinder Ford. Between 1909 and 1911, Birmingham and Mobile issued annual plates made of porcelain-coated steel, while Montgomery, the state capital, issued a similar plate only in 1909. The state first issued annual license plates on October 1, 1911, with plate #1 being issued to the Leak Funeral Home in Montgomery. Until 1980, the license year was October 1 to September 30. Porcelain plates were originally used, before the state switched to embossed metal plates in 1915. The 1916-17 plate was the first to feature the year of expiration, while the 1921-22 plate was the first to use a horsepower class system, with each class denoted by a letter. Kilby Prison near Montgomery took charge of all plate manufacture in 1928. In 1933, the horsepower classes were replaced by weight classes, using the same letter system; these lasted until 1952. County coding was introduced in 1941. A 1951 law added a heart shape and the phrase "Heart of Dixie" to the state's license plates (beginning with the 1954-55 plate), adopting a slogan created by the Alabama Chamber of Commerce. The heart motif and slogan remain in use on all standard-issue plates today. In 1956, the United States, Canada, and Mexico came to an agreement with the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, the Automobile Manufacturers Association and the National Safety Council that standardized the size for license plates for vehicles (except those for motorcycles) at 6 inches (15 cm) in height by 12 inches (30 cm) in width, with standardized mounting holes. The 1955 (dated 1956) issue was the first Alabama license plate that complied with these standards. Since 1980, Alabama has used a staggered registration system based on the first letter of the registrant's last name. Registrations expire January through November, with fleet, leased, and commercial vehicles expiring in November.
